Up, up, and Away!

I'm feeling particularly "tech-savvy" at the moment. Sitting at SeaTac International airport, I've managed to arrange my laptop in front of me, my camera peeking out of its case slightly to my left, my cell phone and the laptop's mouse attachment are to my immediate right, and the ever-predictable late-night diet soda is comfortably behind this multitude of machinery.

Peggy and I are about to set sail on the Miss America Cruise. Woo!! But first, we must eventually make it to Miami. I say "eventually," because we seem to have fallen victim to Murphy's Law this evening. No worries though - it appears to have simply been a series of snafus. However, we're preparing to board our flight (that just so happened to be delayed several hours) and things are now going our way! *Insert your own 'Power of Positive Thinking' quip here*

I have a case of late-night sillyness and Peggy and I shared a good laugh. We just realized that we've been working away on our computers for a while and that the operations staff has pushed all the tables and chairs off to the sides. All but ours. I proceeded to sing a brief tune that went a little something like, "The cheese stands alone..."

Nonetheless - I wanted to thank all of the faithful bloggers out there for checking in. Please send us good thoughts and your prayers as we prepare to travel during the week. Updates will follow as soon as something interesting enough occurs. So far, my flat diet soda just doesn't seem newsworthy. So, to tide you over: several new albums! Actually, they're not "new." I've just been holding out. I've always found anticipation to be just delightful!
