It's Beginning to Look alot like Christmas

This entry will be just a lil' note - to all those kind souls out there who find my scribbles worth a few moments of their time.

I was just thinking about how warm and cozy things are this time of year. Sure, we're all running around like chickens with our heads cut off rushing to the mall, wrapping gifts, trimming trees, baking goodies, making lists, checking said lists twice, attending holiday shindigs, stressing about that "perfect gift," and (usually) lastly, trying to pencil in some time with loved ones. I'm hoping to make this particular season different. Rather than sweating the details, I'm anxious to truly bask in all that really makes Christmastime special... the little things, the special people, the fun times, the treasured memories.

So, from my little corner of the world to yours: Happy Holidays. And thank you for your continued support. Your thoughts & prayers are tremendously appreciated and its just too bad that I can't squeeze a big hug into this blog entry... so we'll just pretend. *big hug*
